Manufacturing Process of Aluminum Alloy Transmission Housing

Aluminum alloy transmission cases are mainly manufactured through die-casting and casting processes:

Die casting process: Molten aluminum alloy is injected into the mold through high pressure to form a high-precision and high surface quality shell. Die-casting aluminum alloy has high strength, light weight and stable size, which is suitable for manufacturing complex shapes of gearbox shells.

Casting process: It is suitable for large and complex shell structure, with good mechanical properties and dimensional stability, commonly used in the manufacture of heavy-duty gearbox shells.
